Bruce Fraedrich, Ph.D, is Vice President

of Research for Bartlett Tree Research

Laboratories in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Fraedrich has been with Bartlett since

1975. His positions have involved research

and extension responsibilities in shade tree

disease management and tree management

plans. Dr. Fraedrich is an ISA Certified

Arborist and an active member of several

related organizations. He earned his B.A.

degree at Newberry College, his M.F. degree

in forestry at Duke University and his Ph.D.

in plant pathology at Clemson University.
